In this role based in Vancouver, you will oversee editorial teams and strategy for Daily Hive, ensuring strong local relevance across digital platforms. You will champion innovative content while collaborating with various CMG brands to maintain a cohesive editorial standard. Your leadership will directly impact reader engagement and storytelling across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own editorial strategy and content planning processes

• Mentor editorial staff for consistency and quality

• Supervise the end-to-end editorial process for accuracy

• Plan national and local content with weekend coverage

• Use analytics tools to influence editorial decisions

Requirements:

• Over 8 years digital editorial experience; 3–5 in management

• Formal journalism training or equivalent experience

• Proven leadership in multi-market editorial settings

• Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy

• Willingness to meet local partners and stakeholders
