Drive animation quality as a Rigging Supervisor at Wild Brain for the features project, Little Santa. This dynamic role requires leadership in creation and ensuring top-notch rigging performance.
In this supervisor position, you will lead the rigging team, offering creative guidance while managing timelines and communications across departments. Your responsibilities include reviewing production materials and implementing efficient rigging solutions tailored to unique animation needs. You'll also foster growth within your team through training and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage rigging team’s day-to-day activities and feedback
• Serve as key liaison for production and rigging needs
• Review scripts to determine rigging and performance requirements
• Maintain and enhance production-ready character rigs
• Educate team on advanced rigging techniques and workflows
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Rigging Leadership for feature productions
• Advanced knowledge of Maya and Python programming
• Strong skills in creativity and problem-solving
• Clear communication across various departments
• Nice to have: experience with C++ plugins or crowd rigs
