Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and report on production budgets exceeding $5 million

• Regularly communicate with clients and stakeholders

• Adjust production plans and schedules proactively

• Organize team meetings to track project progress

• Oversee hiring and training across departments
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of production management experience in animation

• History of leading projects with 30+ crew members

• Strong strategic and innovative mindset

• In-depth knowledge of animation production processes

• Educational background in a related field
