The Groom Supervisor at Wild Brain Studios plays a vital role in the feature team for Little Santa. This position is responsible for architecting grooming processes, reviewing artistic work, and implementing high standards within the Groom department. You will lead the team in fostering collaboration and ensuring that projects meet their creative and technical goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline grooming workflows by building Houdini templates

• Assess artist output to maintain feature production quality

• Develop character grooms for fur, feather, and hair

• Partner with departments to optimize tool development

• Lead training initiatives and maintain documentation
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years leading Groom teams in production

• Expertise in Houdini for grooming solutions

• Knowledge of Grooming pipeline and USD applications

• Understanding of CG production pipelines

• A passion for mentoring artists and team development
