• Manage City Editors, setting high content standards
• Streamline editing, pitches, and SEO optimization
• Coordinate busy content calendars ensuring timely reporting
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance audience engagement
Requirements:
• Strong background in journalism and editorial experience
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and content analytics
• Fluency in leveraging AI for effective editorial workflows
• Team management experience and mentorship skills
