Position: Creative Senior Designer Role

As a Senior Designer, you’ll collaborate with the Art Director to create designs that resonate with audiences. This role requires creativity and communication to ensure high-quality outputs while training new designers and maintaining project workflows. Your expertise will help shape the studio's iconic animations and develop your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original designs along production schedules

• Execute key rendering and design enhancements

• Collaborate effectively within design and modeling teams

• Mentor new designers, promoting best practices

• Maintain organized files and workflows

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in animation production design

• Strong drawing and color skills

• Design examples of Japanese anime aesthetics a plus

• Ability to communicate creative concepts effectively

• Must embrace direction and feedback
