Working within the Client Service and Wealth Advisory team, the Associate position plays a key role in supporting advisors and delivering an exceptional client experience. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day client service needs, including preparing and maintaining financial planning documents, coordinating account administration, and ensuring accurate and timely follow-through on client requests. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and eager to grow their knowledge of financial planning concepts, helping to ensure that clients feel supported and confident in every stage of their financial journey.
Job Description Client Service and Financial Planning Support (100%)- Coordinate new client onboarding, including paperwork, transfers, and administrative setup
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist in developing and maintaining client financial plans
- Support the Wealth Advisory Team with account reviews and ongoing client service needs
- Prepare and organize annual client review packages, tax packages and meeting materials
- Contribute to portfolio reviews, performance reporting, and proposal preparation
- Draft and process client account trades for advisor approval
- Collaborate on portfolio construction and investment research
- Engage in business development activities and client relationship initiatives
- Post-secondary education preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) considered an asset
- Demonstrated interest and skills in financial planning an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to high ethical standards and professional integrity
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality client service
