Become a Trade Services Administrator with Aviso Wealth, focused on mutual fund and GIC trade processing in a collaborative environment. Make an impact through accuracy and client-focused service delivery.
This role is vital to the Trade Services team until March 2027, reporting to the Supervisor. You will ensure accurate trade settlements, complete corrections, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Key skills include attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure daily settlement totals match central depository
• Process GIC purchases, settlements, and reconciliations
• Identify and correct transaction rejections
• Communicate with Mutual Fund Companies for issue resolution
• Maintain and prepare daily settlement reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in Financial Services Operations
• Completion of Canadian Securities Course an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English, French is a bonus
• Experience with Dataphile, Fundserv is beneficial
