Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analyses of mortgage applications

• Manage pipeline to ensure timely and quality closings

• Provide insight and solutions to challenges encountered

• Foster a culture of compliance and thoroughness

• Identify process improvements and coach team members

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of underwriting experience in residential markets

• Strong problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail

• Proven ability to operate in high-pressure settings

• Team-oriented and capable of mentoring others

• Bilingual candidates in English and French are a plus
