As the Corporate Internal Audit Lead, you will spearhead risk-based assurance and advisory engagements integral to the company’s objectives. With responsibilities for overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley audits and ensuring robust reporting, you’ll interact extensively with site and corporate management, enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Your role involves facilitating risk discussions and ensuring audits comply with stringent internal methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute risk-based audit engagements

• Oversee Sarbanes-Oxley audits at mine sites

• Prepare objective reports with supporting evidence

• Monitor and report on corrective action progress

• Engage in quarterly Enterprise Risk Management activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, or similar

• 8-12 years in internal audit or regulatory compliance

• Proficient in English and Spanish;
Portuguese is a plus

• Preferred CPA with relevant audit certifications

• Travel availability up to 20% of the year
