The Mortgage Agent will work directly with clients to understand their financial goals, source suitable mortgage solutions, and guide them through the application process from start to funding.

You will assess client profiles, structure mortgage options, provide product guidance, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and lending partners. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Work with clients to understand financial needs and mortgage objectives
• Source, structure, and present suitable mortgage solutions
• Support clients through the full mortgage process from application to funding
• Evaluate mortgage applications and ensure completeness and accuracy
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks
• Communicate with lenders to secure competitive terms and approvals
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal lending standards
• Manage multiple active files efficiently in a fast-paced environment
