Join as an Investment Associate and drive client success. Collaborate closely with a Wealth Advisor to enhance service delivery, grow client assets, and develop team leadership.
As an Investment Associate, you will work hand-in-hand with a Wealth Advisor to support the management and development of their portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities and analyzing client data to present actionable insights. Additionally, you’ll guide other associates in improving service and streamlining processes to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business leads
• Analyze and present client financial reports
• Work with Advisors on wealth planning solutions
• Assist in creating and disseminating client communications
• Coach and direct other team associates
Requirements:
• Prior experience in the securities industry
• Registered Representative (RR) designation with CIRO
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous organizational and time management skills
• High standard of client service excellence
