Position: Financial Service Representative in investment (Hybrid )

About the Role

Financial Services Representative – Investments at National Bank. In this role you will support Financial Planners with all administrative investment activities and participate in business development with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize interactions with clients on the technical, administrative and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
  • Use an advisory approach to detect opportunities and refer clients to the appropriate specialist.
  • Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if required.
  • Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solution of complex files to satisfy clients.
  • Ensure compliance with the processes used and the implementation of new features.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance and risk‑management rules.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience, or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • MFR (Mutual Fund Representative) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring).
  • Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
  • Basic investment knowledge and administrative support experience with investment, financing and transaction products.
  • Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools.
  • Ability to rigorously manage several requests simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
