In this role, you will collaborate with franchisees to support their financial viability and operational success. The Commercial Manager will assess financial submissions, monitor cash flow, and identify risks to ensure franchisee profitability. Your strong analytical skills and commercial acumen will be crucial in reporting and navigating the banking relationships necessary for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support banking engagement and financing options
• Track financial performance of struggling franchise locations
• Prepare financial assessment reports for potential franchisees
• Conduct expansion reviews for multi-site franchisees
• Partner with Operations for bakery issue resolutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• MBA or CFA enrollment preferred
• Over 3 years in commercial finance or FP&A
• Proven experience in retail or franchise operations
• Excellent communication and detail orientation
