Vancouver Financial Analyst – Hybrid Model

As part of the Enterprise Enablement team, you will manage financial data integrity, develop account reconciliations, and guide compliance with regulatory standards. You'll monitor financial status while actively participating in policy development. Your work will support critical decision-making across various organizational initiatives, leveraging your knowledge of risk management and accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute compliance-focused journal entry validations
• Lead reconciliations and resolve transaction discrepancies
• Conduct month-end processes for accurate reporting
• Collaborate with departments for financial policy adherence
• Analyze financial impacts of proposed program changes
Requirements:
• Experience with financial statement development
• Understanding of accounting and auditing principles
• Proficiency in Excel for detailed analysis
• Strong communication and interpretative skills
• CPA credential or pursuit of it is preferred
