Position: Principal Mortgage Broker Opportunity
Become a key player in Olympia Trust Company's mortgage operations as a Principal Broker in Vancouver, B.C. This full-time role offers sponsorship to achieve your Principal Broker License.

Candidates with at least two years of experience as licensed Mortgage Brokers are encouraged to apply. You will oversee compliance with legislation, manage client portfolios, and serve as the main point of contact for transactions. Your proactive approach to client relationship management will be essential in upholding service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the designated Principal Broker under B.C.'s regulations

• Build strong relationships with clients through consistent engagement

• Ensure compliance with the Mortgage Brokers Act

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate updates

• Manage mortgage transaction execution from start to finish

Requirements:

• Current BC Mortgage Broker license required

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage services

• Knowledge of compliance and risk management

• Experience in oversight or operations beneficial

• Preferred degree in finance, business, or related field
