As a Credit & Collections Associate, you will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, ensuring timely collections while maintaining excellent customer relations. Your strong administrative skills and attention to detail will help you execute cash applications and monitor accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify overdue amounts and follow up systematically
• Document collection progress and notify supervisors of issues
• Assist customers needing extra support for payment compliance
• Reconcile cash payment discrepancies promptly
• Monitor aged trial balances and investigate anomalies
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in collections or accounting
• Strong Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Post-secondary education preferred; industry knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
