Position: Associate for Non-Brokered Private Placements
Join Ventum as an Associate in a six-month contract role for Non-Brokered Private Placements, requiring three days of in-office work each week. This position emphasizes strong organizational and communication abilities.

Reporting to the Manager, you'll support the processing and administration of private placements, focusing on accurate document handling and timely coordination with teams. This role is designed for detail-oriented individuals capable of managing various responsibilities in the financial landscape of private placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process subscription agreements accurately

• Resolve documentation issues in collaboration with advisors

• Coordinate necessary approvals with Compliance and Credit teams

• Manage and update the master database for transactions

• Work with legal entities to settle approved transactions

Requirements:

• Strong focus on detail in financial documentation

• Effective communication skills, both written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

• Basic understanding of capital markets and securities is beneficial
