Role overview
- Supporting the execution of equity and debt offerings, private placements, and related capital markets transactions
- Preparing client-ready presentations and marketing materials
- Performing company, sector, and market research; monitoring daily market developments and investor sentiment
- Providing client and market analysis, preparing reports and presenting findings
- Building, auditing, and maintaining financial models
- Maintaining internal coverage materials and transaction databases
- Collaborating with partners, external counsel, and syndicate relationships to facilitate smooth execution

- Early ownership on complex, live transactions
- Exposure to a wide range of sectors and products (equities, debt, and private capital)

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in accounting, finance, commerce/business, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
- Anticipated graduation date between July 2027 and December 2027
- Strong academic performance; relevant internships, projects, or competitions are an asset
- Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail; advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
