As a full-time analyst in our Infrastructure Advisory team, you will gain exposure to significant transactions and receive both formal and on-the-job training. Your responsibilities will span building complex financial models, leading transactions, and preparing client presentations that drive our advisory work. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in equity, debt, and M&A executions

• Develop complex financial models using VBA programming

• Assist in managing due diligence processes

• Prepare and present client materials effectively

• Evaluate investment opportunities across sectors

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in finance or related field

• Must graduate by summer 2026 or have graduated

• Minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0

• Proven interest in investment banking

• Strong communication skills and initiative
