We're looking for a driven Senior Transfers Administrator to become part of the Aviso Wealth Operations team until March 2027. This position involves meticulous processing and approvals of transfer requests while resolving escalated issues. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process financial transfers in line with company standards
• Ensure month-end reconciliation accuracy
• Update tracking systems with critical information
• Serve as a resource for coaching team members
• Lead departmental projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a financial securities back-office role
• Completion of Canadian Securities Course preferred
• Expertise in industry systems like Dataphile
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Bilingualism (English/French) is advantageous
