Position: Experienced AML/ATF Manager Role
Haywood Securities is hiring an Experienced AML/ATF Manager for our Vancouver or Toronto offices. Drive the execution and enhancement of our compliance program against money laundering and terrorist financing.

In this vital role, reporting to the V.P. Compliance, you will monitor industry developments and regulatory changes that impact AML/ATF measures. The Manager will provide leadership in program oversight, conduct sanctions screening, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. A strong analytical background and excellent communication skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor changing regulations and emerging AML/ATF risks

• Oversee program adherence to federal and industry standards

• Optimize existing processes and systems for efficiency

• Conduct due diligence and prepare AML/ATF reports

• Collaborate with compliance teams on risk management

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in AML/ATF field preferably within investment

• Deep understanding of Canadian and U.S. AML regulations

• Professional qualifications such as CAMS are an asset

• Strong analytical and communication capabilities

• Flexible and proactive approach to workplace challenges
