In this position, you will enhance the development of the commercial mortgage portfolio through diligent financial analysis. Your focus will include ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelines while assessing CMHC, construction, and conventional requests. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze multi-unit housing project pro-formas
• Assess financial information of commercial properties
• Review third-party reports for compliance
• Prepare financial summaries for loan approvals
• Monitor approved loans and maintain records
Requirements:
• Degree focused on finance or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of applicable lending regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced PC skills in Word and Excel
