You will create foundational accounting structures for a pre-IPO firm and ensure robust financial processes across entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and billing accuracy

• Manage payroll operations and treasury functions

• Ensure compliance in global tax operations

• Design a controls environment for audit readiness

Requirements:

• CPA and 15+ years of accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

• Expertise in multi-entity accounting structures

• Proven ability in M&A accounting processes

• Experience leveraging AI in accounting workflows
