Position: Accounting Clerk for WHC Office
Support the finance team at WHC as an Accounting Clerk. This in-office role focuses on processing trust transactions and billing requests for a busy real estate department.

WHC is seeking an Accounting Clerk who will play an essential role in an admin team of five. You will report directly to the Director of Finance & Operations, ensuring compliance with Law Society rules and maintaining excellent customer support. This position demands the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines while managing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily trust cheques

• Reconcile trust and general bank accounts

• Wire funds and monitor online bank accounts

• Conduct regular billing for institutional clients

• Cover reception as needed

Requirements:

• Two years accounting experience required

• Previous law firm experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Attention to detail and strong data entry skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently
