Reporting to the Directors of Financial Services, you will play a key role in overseeing payroll operations, including processing bi-weekly payroll and managing deductions. Communication with employees and team members is crucial for addressing financial responsibilities and ensuring data accuracy. A focus on payroll will be combined with occasional accounting tasks, reinforcing your versatility in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer bi-weekly payroll processing, including deductions
• Engage with employees and managers for accurate payroll delivery
• Review and input payroll data, ensuring compliance
• Calculate and verify payroll deductions and benefits
• Support full monthly cycle accounting tasks as required
Requirements:
• Experience in payroll administration and accounting practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Effective communication with finance teams and employees
• Knowledge of federal and provincial payroll regulations
