Join Sovereign Insurance as a Risk Control Expert with a hybrid work setup. Focus on risk analysis, documentation, and governance to enhance operational resilience and support key decisions.
This role is integral to the Risk & Governance department, helping ensure processes are current and risks are mitigated effectively. You will tackle risk assessments, support stakeholder collaboration, and maintain a centralized risk register. Your ability to identify and recommend improvements will be valuable in enhancing control frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop governance materials for risk documentation
• Analyze risk data and trends for insights
• Manage risk register for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with stakeholders for control validation
• Monitor and test operational risk controls
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Certification in risk management is a plus
