As an Investment Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting client inquiries and ensuring their financial needs are met. You are expected to manage trading orders, resolve client complaints efficiently, and stay informed on market trends. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Manage order flow for online trading effectively

• Address and resolve client issues with professionalism

• Stay updated on market trends impacting investments

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or economics preferred

• Completion of Canadian Securities and Conduct and Practices Handbook

• 1-3 years experience in investment representation

• Bilingual skills in French are an asset

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
