** Based in Vancouver, BC and reporting to the Manager, Development Asset Management, the Analyst, Development Asset Management will play an important role within a team responsible for overseeing the investment performance, capital deployment, and portfolio management of a large real estate development pipeline across BC.The Analyst will primarily support the underwriting, evaluation, and ongoing management of development projects across a range of asset classes including residential, industrial, mixed-use, office, and alternative asset classes.
The role will involve working alongside senior team members to build and maintain complex financial models, support investment decision-making, conduct market research, and assist with portfolio-level analysis and reporting initiatives. The Analyst will also support the implementation of AI-enabled workflows and analytical tools across the development platform.
This role provides exposure to large-scale institutional real estate development projects and offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders across development, investments, asset management, portfolio management, and finance teams.

Qualifications & Skills
** Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate development, investments, asset management, consulting, or financial analysis. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative problem-solving skills with an interest in real estate development and investment analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience building, maintaining, and analyzing complex financial models. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word Familiarity with Argus Enterprise is considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
