THE ROLE
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Head of Finance will lead the finance function for a growing organization with operations across multiple entities and markets. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic finance, operational oversight, and business partnership responsibilities.
The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance while providing valuable financial insights to support executive decision-making and organizational growth. In addition, the role will play a key part in driving process improvements, ERP optimization, reporting enhancements, and finance automation initiatives across the business.
This position is ideal for a hands-on and commercially minded finance leader who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing beyond the numbers to help support operational performance and long-term business success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all accounting and finance operations across multiple entities and international business unitsOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processesManage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis activitiesPartner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and operational initiativesStrengthen internal controls, financial governance, and compliance processesLead and mentor the finance team while fostering a collaborative and accountable cultureDrive ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, and reporting improvementsDevelop KPI dashboards and management reporting tools to improve business visibilitySupport international finance activities including consolidations, intercompany transactions, and foreign exchange considerationsManage relationships with auditors, banking partners, and external advisorsIdentify opportunities for process optimization, scalability, and operational efficiencyREQUIREMENTS
CPA designation is required10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experienceProven leadership experience managing accounting and finance teamsExperience working within multi-entity or international organizationsStrong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational accountingExperience improving ERP systems, reporting tools, or finance processesAdvanced Excel and financial analysis capabilitiesManufacturing, distribution, or global operations experience considered a strong assetStrong communication skills with the ability to partner across all levels of the businessCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
