Senior Accountant - Construction Finance

Anthem seeks a Senior Accountant with a strong foundation in Development and Construction Accounting. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will play a critical role in financial reporting.

In this role, you will oversee financial aspects of development projects, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. You will collaborate closely with project teams to manage costs, perform cash flow analyses, and prepare comprehensive reports. Ideal candidates possess a professional accounting designation and have at least five years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project knowledge and liaise with stakeholders

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses

• Monitor budgets and reconcile financial accounts

• Work with lenders to manage loan draw requests

• Assist in audit preparation and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience required

• Professional Accounting Designation essential

• Real Estate accounting preferred

• High proficiency in Excel and financial reporting

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
