Automotive Dealership Financial Controller

Step into a pivotal role as Financial Controller at an automotive dealership. This position focuses on full cycle accounting, financial reporting, and collaboration to enhance financial performance.

We seek an experienced Controller with 5+ years in accounting, including automotive industry knowledge, to supervise accounting processes and generate insightful reports. You’ll manage reconciliations, ensure compliance with GST and PST filings, and streamline month-end closings to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full cycle accounting processes for dealership

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

• Reconcile schedules and oversee bank statement reviews

• Support month-end close and year-end audits

• Work closely with management to cut expenses and improve controls

Requirements:

• 5+ years accounting experience required

• At least 1 year as Controller in automotive setting

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented and organized in financial management
