Position: Valuation & Advisory Services Director Role
Lead the Valuation & Advisory Services team at Avison Young as the Director, focusing on delivering precise appraisal reports and insights. This is an on-site position where leadership and mentoring are key.

In this role, you will oversee complex projects while building lasting client relationships and enhancing the mentorship of Valuation Associates. Your contributions are crucial in ensuring that high-quality, timely appraisal reports are delivered. You should possess strong analytical skills and an understanding of the commercial real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality appraisal and valuation reports

• Provide ongoing mentorship to Valuation Associates

• Conduct necessary property inspections

• Nurture client relationships effectively

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant work experience or education

• Bachelor's or MBA in a relevant field

• Active AACI Designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail
