This role, reporting to the Directors of Financial Services, involves meticulous preparation of bi-weekly payroll and maintaining compliance with employment legislation. You will execute detailed payroll functions, manage benefits administration, and conduct monthly reconciliations. Your contributions will directly affect employee satisfaction and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll with attention to detail and accuracy
• Administer employee benefit enrollments and inquiries
• Balance salary and benefits accounts monthly
• Prepare and ensure remittance compliance
• Support onboarding and payroll inquiries for staff
Requirements:
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation
• 3-5 years in payroll administration
• Minimum 2-3 years in comprehensive accounting
• Familiarity with Quadrant Payroll Software
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
