Key Responsibilities:

• Review subsidiary submissions for consolidation accuracy

• Prepare consolidated financial statements with multi-currency considerations

• Ensure monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts

• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to SOX

• Coordinate with tax teams for compliance and filings

Requirements:

• 5+ years of financial accounting within sizable firms

• 2+ years of experience with complex consolidation accounting

• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP principles

• Proficient communication skills for conveying complex topics

• Familiarity with COGNOS Controller or One Stream preferred
