In this regular, commission-based role on the Personal and Business Banking team, you'll connect with clients to guide them through mortgage options and financial planning. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to client needs
• Engage clients and nurture relationships with a personal touch
• Develop a sales plan to convert leads into clients
• Collaborate with Banking Centre teams for comprehensive support
• Foster community ties to generate referrals and opportunities
Requirements:
• Proven experience in mortgage lending and documentation
• Strong business development and networking skills
• Client-focused approach with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work remotely and on-site as needed
• Legal eligibility to work in Vancouver
