Position: Vancouver Analyst for Development Management

Reporting to the Manager, you will play an integral role in assessing investment performance and portfolio management. Key tasks include analyzing complex Excel models, conducting market research, and reviewing business plans. Work closely with various teams to evaluate development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and analyze Excel-based financial models

• Support project feasibility studies and market research

• Evaluate development business plans and capital structures

• Prepare analysis for investment committee presentations

• Review underwriting from internal teams and partners

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in real estate or asset management

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Analytical skills for problem-solving and project evaluation

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
