As an Account Manager II, you will utilize your customer service, communication, and financial industry expertise to engage with members directly. By assessing their financial needs, you will provide tailored recommendations, leverage company resources, and foster high loyalty among members contributing to Vancity's profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial and relationship-based advice to members

• Assess member needs and recommend suitable products

• Refer members to specialized teams for comprehensive support

• Meet performance targets contributing to branch success

• Ensure compliance with service standards and policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years as an Account Manager

• Completion of Financial Planning coursework

• Investments coursework such as Investment Funds in Canada

• 3 years of member service experience in finance
