This role as a Senior Analyst with Newmark offers a chance to work within the Canada Valuation & Advisory team. You will develop cash flow projections and preparation of appraisal reports alongside experienced staff. Engage in research and data collection on market rental rates and comparable transactions, gaining valuable insights into the institutional-grade market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client acquisitions and asset management in real estate
• Develop cash flow projections for appraisal processes
• Prepare detailed analyses for appraisal reports
• Conduct research for market and building transaction data
• Ensure accurate data entry into the company database
Requirements:
• University degree in Commerce, Real Estate, or Finance
• 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience
• Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Interest in obtaining AIC designation
