Position: Accounting Clerk for Nicola Real Estate
Become an integral part of Nicola Wealth’s Real Estate team as an Accounting Clerk in Vancouver. Your expertise will drive financial operations, including transaction processing and bookkeeping for our diverse real estate funds.

This role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, focusing on payables and receivables, banking duties, and financial statements. As part of our award-winning culture at Nicola Wealth, you will collaborate closely with the Finance team and external stakeholders while enhancing our operational efficiency. This in-office, full-time position promises growth and challenging responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payables, receivables, and journal entries

• Handle electronic payments and foreign exchange transactions

• Ensure invoice accuracy against contracts

• Prepare monthly financial statements

• Manage external correspondence and relationships

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Certificate or diploma in Accounting

• Familiarity with Yardi software preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work independently and in teams
