Responsibilities Coach and mentor accounts receivable professionals
Ensure compliance and accuracy in receivables practices
Analyze collections and implement effective strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tenant disputes
Develop AR reporting tools and dashboards
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5–8 years of relevant accounts receivable experience
2–3 years of team management experience
Solid understanding of cash application and billing
Proficient in advanced Excel and analytical processes
Closing Leverage your leadership skills in advancing AR processes at Cressey, ensuring effective and accurate management of accounts.
