This pivotal position reports to the V/P, handling the supervision of three accounting professionals. You will be tasked with preparing financial statements and budgets while providing comprehensive guidance on financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements and budgets

• Supervise three accounting team members efficiently

• Advise on systems and financial controls

• Initiate financial planning and analysis projects

• Present analysis findings to senior management

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven leadership and management experience

• Expertise in financial analysis and reporting

• Ability to implement financial controls effectively
