Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial reporting for assigned entities

• Prepare journal entries for significant transactions

• Conduct comprehensive portfolio variance analysis

• Develop detailed management reports and dashboards

• Assist with year-end audits and financial statement preparation

Requirements:

• CPA, CA, or CGA designation required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Yardi software is an asset
