This position emphasizes operational efficiency, cash management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance revenue generation and tenant satisfaction.

• Coach and mentor accounts receivable professionals
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in receivables practices
• Analyze collections and implement effective strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tenant disputes
• Develop AR reporting tools and dashboards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–8 years of relevant accounts receivable experience
• 2–3 years of team management experience
• Solid understanding of cash application and billing
• Proficient in advanced Excel and analytical processes
