Position: Accounting Officer for Construction Projects
Join Cross Fraser Partnership as an Accounting and Reconciliation Officer, supporting major construction initiatives with SAP expertise and discrepancy resolution. Manage discrepancies and support financial reporting while ensuring compliance.

This role, reporting to the Finance Manager, involves guiding a small accounting team through procure-to-pay processes. You'll engage with procurement and finance departments while tracking deliveries and managing invoices. Your expertise in maintaining accurate financial records will significantly contribute to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting discrepancy team effectively

• Track material deliveries across project sites

• Reconcile costs in SAP against deliveries

• Resolve discrepancies with operational teams and suppliers

• Process validated invoices, credit notes, and rebates

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in accounting or finance roles

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting

• Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience in managing a small team
