Position: Associate Role in Client Tax Reporting
Elevate your career as an Associate in Client Tax Reporting at Canaccord Genuity. This six-month full-time position is essential for effective tax management during reporting season.

As a key member of the Client Tax Reporting team, you will ensure the accuracy of uploaded tax data during peak seasons. Responsibilities include submitting CRA and IRS tax files, performing withholding tax corrections, and engaging in ongoing reconciliations. You'll also support the continuous review of International Tax Treaties to keep updated with any necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate CDS Tax Factors

• Assist with processing CRA and IRS tax filings

• Run tax-related queries and resolve issues promptly

• Review tax control accounts for accuracy

• Update country matrix for tax treaties annually

Requirements:

• Experience with relevant tax reporting systems

• Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. tax requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
