Treewalk is growing its financial reporting group and is looking for multiple accounting professionals with strong public company reporting experience. Financial Reporting Analysts own multiple client files from a variety of industries and may progress to supervisory and managerial roles.
What will your days look like
Assisting clients with financial reporting requirements – creating draft annual and quarterly financial statements and accompanying Management Discussion & Analysis.
Involvement in IPO planning and prospectus preparation.
Researching and interpreting accounting policy research and providing recommendations.
Assisting with ERP implementation, cost accounting, budgeting, and projections.
Coordinating and assisting with client valuations.
Requirements
Chartered Professional Accountant or foreign equivalent.
Experience with public company audit or financial reporting for small to mid‑sized businesses.
Significant exposure to complex IFRS accounting issues, especially debt and equity financing transactions.
Independent work style with an ability to work autonomously yet collaborate effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working directly with clients.
