You will support the Director of Finance by managing accounts payable processes and maintaining organized financial records. With 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in project-based settings, you will help uphold strong financial controls and cost tracking accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Streamline vendor invoice and expense claim processing
• Verify and code transactions per company guidelines
• Prepare payment batches and manage cheque runs
• Post payroll journal entries accurately
• Maintain organized financial records for audits
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounts payable experience
• Quick Books Advanced expertise required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of audit support requirements
Leverage your financial skills to facilitate accurate payment processing and support within the finance team.
