Vancouver - US Corporate Tax - Manager
The opportunity
As a US Tax Manager in our Tax Practice, you will lead and supervise complex tax engagements, delivering high-quality compliance services and innovative tax planning for multinational clients across public and private sectors. You will analyze and resolve intricate international tax issues, develop practical solutions, and guide the preparation and review of corporate and partnership tax returns. The role includes conducting federal and state tax research, addressing cross‑border tax matters, drafting technical memos, and leading the implementation of strategic tax recommendations.
