This position oversees Cost-Project Control tasks across small to medium Mining projects. As a specialist, you'll manage the cost system, analyze performance variances, and guide change management efforts. Coordination with finance and accounting teams will be crucial to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the cost system and generate reports
• Analyze cost and schedule performance variances
• Direct the recasting of Class 2/3 estimates
• Develop and implement cost work processes
• Prepare cash forecasts and manage payment schedules
Requirements:
• Four-year degree and ten years' experience required
• Over ten years of project controls experience
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
• Technical knowledge to fulfill job responsibilities
• Detail-oriented with time-conscious work ethic
